This shop is like a hidden gem. The people are super kind and qualified. I take my toddler and a teen, they both love Mrs. Jaclyn. You will leave with a smile and wanting to come back again. Adults and kids she does wonderful! She is also in the know with what's "cool" these days thankfully cause this mama wasn't sure what a tapered fade was when my teen asked. My kids got exactly what they wanted and i couldn't be more happy.Highly recommend this shop.
Hello everyone! It's a pleasure to give 5 stars! The guys are professionals, they cut hair quickly, confidently and stylishly! Atmosphere is really warm and soulful We visited stylist Kyle, we were very pleased with both the haircut and the meeting! I'm sure that my son will only get his hair cut here! Highly recommend!
I have been going to Ray for about 2 years and have always been pleased with my hair cuts. He is very detailed and takes his time to achieve great results. The Clarence location is a very comfortable atmosphere and easy to schedule appointments online.
Today, my husband and I brought our 13 month old son here for his first haircut. We were extremely stressed and worried about going in as our son literally hates anything touching his head, haha. We were greeted so kindly and happily. Tony did such a quick and amazing job on our son! Never once showed frustration even though our son was squirming and crying. Gave him cookies to help distract him and would show him what he was using so our son wouldn't be scared. Jaclyn was also amazing. Even while taking care of her own customers, she was talking to our son and helping distract him or make him smile. Which helped put my Mama heart at ease, seeing that it wasn't a problem bringing him here! Definitely will be returning! Thank you guys so much!!
My son had his hair cut for the second time today (first time at cuts and lather). I was anxious because our first experience elsewhere wasn’t very good and I knew that it was going to be tough to get him to cooperate. We were welcomed in with the warmest greeting and I immediately felt at ease. I had warned Jackie that he was not going to cooperate and she was ready and enthusiastic about getting the job done. She was so sweet and kind to both of us. She was patient, friendly and she got the job done even with my son kicking, screaming and crying while she was trying to do it. If you are looking for someone to cut your child’s hair, look no further! We will never see anyone else and I know that over time my son will become comfortable with her and enjoy his hair cuts! She also managed to do a super cute cut on my bucking bronco lol
The best place to get a kid’s haircut in WNY! Jaclyn is awesome at what she does, super friendly and made our son feel comfortable while giving him a great hairstyle. I’d recommend anyone looking for a child’s cut to check out Cut & Lather!

After searching high and low for someone I trust to cut my two year olds hair, we found Jaclyn. After reading all of the great reviews, we look the plunge and brought my son in for his first haircut. Everyone in the shop was so welcoming and made my son feel comfortable before even sitting in the chair.
